Why are congressional leaders still taking advice from him?
He intentionally botched an investigation into Hillary Clinton where we all knew she broke the law.
He helped facilitate an illegal investigation into Trump that even after a second investigation lasting two years (special council) didn't have enough evidence to even warrant the initial probable cause.
He leaked information about these investigations to the media in order to create baseless accusations the media could run with to make Trump look like he was guilty of something just because there was an investigation, but declined to give comment about Hillary's matters because it might have political repercussions.
Why any part of the republican party would want to take adivce from this guy I don't know.
Unless his advice is more of a threat. He seems to do a lot of illegal things to people he doesn't like, and seems to get away with it like he were teflon.
IDK. Maybe they are supposed to take his advice lest there are some political arrests of congressional members.
